Job summary

New Talent is partnering with a growing multinational to recruit for a Senior Financial Accountant/Manager level opportunity. This in-house role offers ownership potential, close interaction with the Global Controller, and opportunities to streamline reporting and implement automation.

You will work on consolidated statements, month-end close, and complex accounting matters in a hands-on environment with mentorship and a clear path to broader responsibility. In-office in Charleston.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Progressive accounting experience with close and balance sheet responsibility.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge and Excel skills.
• CPA licensure preferred, not required; public accounting experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Handle month-end close and consolidated financial statements.
• Own substantive corporate accounting work and drive process improvements.
• Support ownership pathway with mentorship and scope growth.
• Assist with automation and AI tool adoption to streamline reporting.
