Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive general accounting and financial reporting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred or CPA candidate.
• Proficient with cloud-based accounting platforms like QuickBooks Online or Sage Intacct; Excel expert.
• Knowledge of GAAP and business tax reporting requirements.
• Strong leadership, integrity, collaboration, and ownership orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close procedures and prepare reporting for family office and business management clients.
• Design client reporting sets and KPIs for high-net-worth clients.
• Evaluate and implement cloud accounting tools to optimize delivery of services.
• Oversee general ledgers for diverse entities including real estate and trusts.
• Collaborate with partners to drive ownership track and growth.
