Job summary

MEDLOG USA is seeking a Manager, Corporate Accounting to oversee consolidated financial reporting, treasury reporting, intercompany accounting, and compliance across the organization. You will coordinate multi-entity consolidations and ensure accurate parent-company statements.

You will lead cash forecasting, lender reporting, and internal controls while supporting a smaller warehouse operation. Authorized to work in the U.S., a CPA or MBA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; master's degree preferred.
• 6–8 years of progressive accounting experience, including corporate accounting and consolidated financial reporting.
• Experience with multi-entity consolidations, intercompany accounting, eliminations, audits, lender reporting, and financial compliance.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP; lease accounting and treasury reporting knowledge preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements and parent-company reporting packages.
• Coordinate multi-entity consolidations, elimination entries, intercompany reconciliations, and close processes.
• Analyze financial results, unusual transactions, and balance sheet variances, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP, IFRS where applicable, and corporate policies.
• Support consistent accounting policies and procedures across the organization.
• Prepare short- and long-term cash flow forecasts, monitor variances, and support liquidity planning across legal entities.
• Monitor financing arrangements, lines of credit, intercompany loans, working capital trends, and lender reporting requirements.
• Manage intercompany accounting, resolve balance discrepancies, and improve intercompany processes.
• Oversee corporate cost allocations and ensure expenses are properly recorded and supported in consolidated financial statements.
• Review subsidiary balance sheets, account reconciliations, and significant account schedules for accuracy and timely resolution of reconciling items.
• Maintain lease accounting schedules and monitor accounting treatment for financing arrangements and corporate transactions.
• Prepare and review tax-related accounting entries, schedules, and reconciliations.
• Provide information to external tax advisors and coordinate adjustments arising from tax filings or examinations.
• Develop, document, and monitor internal accounting controls, approval procedures, and delegation of authority requirements.
• Recommend process improvements, support control testing, and partner with management to mitigate financial and operational risks.
• Prepare reports and schedules for lenders and financial institutions; coordinate external audit requests.
• Coordinate external audit requests and provide documentation for regulatory, tax, lender, and audit compliance.
