Job summary

CFS is seeking a Corporate Accounting Manager in Tinley Park, IL, to lead the month-end close, manage the general ledger, and strengthen internal controls in a global manufacturing setting.

The role requires a CPA, 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with prior leadership, and a focus on GAAP and financial reporting. A hybrid work arrangement is available with 2–3 days in the office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA certification is required.
• Progressive accounting experience with leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the month-end and year-end close processes including financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Manage general ledger activities and ensure policy compliance.
• Oversee fixed assets, leases, and other key accounting functions with strong internal controls.
• Partner with finance and operations leaders for budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
• Supervise, develop, and mentor accounting staff and drive process improvements.
