Job summary

CFS is seeking an Accounting Manager to own key accounting functions, drive month-end close, and partner with Finance leadership. You will mentor staff, enhance controls, and influence business decisions through rigorous financial analysis and reporting.

The role offers broad ownership across financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance within a growth-focused organization. Prior SAP experience and strong leadership are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Leadership experience overseeing accounting staff.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SOX controls, and financial reporting; SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly close process and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.
• Oversee general ledger activities, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and customer credit processes.
• Support audits, tax filings, internal controls, and SOX/J-SOX compliance initiatives.
• Supervise accounting staff and drive process improvements across the organization.
