Job summary

Manufacturing Company in Orland Park, IL, is seeking a senior accounting leader for a full-time, permanent role. The position is hybrid (3 days onsite) and reports to the finance leadership, focusing on safeguarding financial integrity and strategic performance.

You will drive close processes, build a high-performing team, and ensure accurate reporting across the organization. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, is CPA-certified, and brings 5–7 years of accounting

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA required.
• 5-7 years of accounting experience, public accounting and/or manufacturing industry experience preferred.

Pay Range: $130,000 - $140,000 base salary plus bonus
