Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Corporate Accounting Manager in Massachusetts to own consolidation and financial reporting for 30+ entities. You will lead intercompany eliminations, multi-currency activity, and close processes across the organization.

This senior role requires 6–10 years of progressive accounting experience, strong US GAAP knowledge, and the ability to develop a high-performing team. Hybrid work with onsite days in MA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance required.
• 6–10 years progressive accounting and financial reporting experience.
• Strong multi-entity consolidation and intercompany experience.
• CPA or Master's degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead consolidation and financial reporting across 30+ entities.
• Review financials, reconciliations, intercompany activity, and eliminations.
• Coordinate month-, quarter-, and year-end closes across entities.
• Support integration of newly acquired entities and improve reporting templates.
• Partner with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and other teams to resolve issues.

Corporate Accounting Manager

Salary: $120,000-$140,000 + 15-20% Bonus
Location: Waltham, MA | Hybrid, 3 Days Onsite

Corporate Accounting Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead the consolidation and financial reporting process across 30+ reporting entities
• Review entity financials, reconciliations, intercompany activity, and consolidation entries
• Manage intercompany eliminations and multi-currency activity
• Coordinate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close across multiple entities
• Support the integration of newly acquired entities
• Improve reporting templates, accounting systems, processes, and data accuracy
• Partner with local accounting teams and corporate leadership to resolve reporting issues
• Work cross-functionally with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and other finance teams
• Lead and develop accounting team members

Corporate Accounting Manager Qualifications:

• 6-10 years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience
• Strong multi-entity accounting and consolidation experience
• Experience with intercompany reconciliations and eliminations
• Exposure to multi-currency accounting strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP
• Advanced accounting/financial systems experience
• Experience with Planful/Host Analytics, OneStream, Oracle, SAP, BPC, Tagetik, Hyperion, or similar systems preferred
• Strong Excel skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Manufacturing or other complex multi-entity industry experience preferred
• CPA or Master's degree a plus
