Job summary

CFS is seeking a Corporate Accounting Manager in Massachusetts to own the consolidation and financial reporting across 30+ entities. You will lead month-end close, review intercompany activity, and coordinate with FP&A, Tax, and Treasury to ensure accurate reporting.

Ideal candidates have 6–10 years of accounting experience, strong multi-entity expertise, and proficiency with major ERP and consolidation tools. This hybrid role offers collaboration with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience.
• Strong multi-entity accounting and consolidation experience.
• Experience with intercompany reconciliations and eliminations.
• Exposure to multi-currency accounting strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
• Advanced accounting/financial systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the consolidation and financial reporting process across 30+ reporting entities.
• Review entity financials, reconciliations, intercompany activity, and consolidation entries.
• Manage intercompany eliminations and multi-currency activity.
• Coordinate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close across multiple entities.
• Support the integration of newly acquired entities.
• Improve reporting templates, accounting systems, processes, and data accuracy.
• Partner with local accounting teams and corporate leadership to resolve reporting issues.
• Work cross-functionally with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and other finance teams.
• Lead and develop accounting team members.

Salary: $120,000–$140,000 + 15–20% Bonus

Location: Waltham, MA | Hybrid, 3 Days Onsite

Corporate Accounting Manager Qualifications

• 6–10 years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience
• Strong multi-entity accounting and consolidation experience

• Exposure to multi-currency accounting strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP
• Advanced accounting/financial systems experience
• Experience with Planful/Host Analytics, OneStream, Oracle, SAP, BPC, Tagetik, Hyperion, or similar systems preferred
• Strong Excel skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Manufacturing or other complex multi-entity industry experience preferred
• CPA or Master’s degree a plus
