Great West, an Old Republic Company, is hiring a Corporate Accountant to maintain accurate financial reporting and support key accounting initiatives. The role requires 2–4 years of experience and a strong commitment to accounting best practices.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency. The position offers a hybrid work model with three days in the office and two days remote, along with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• 2-4 years of progressive accounting experience are required.
• Insurance or statutory accounting experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience with financial statement preparation and audit coordination is expected.
• Demonstrated analytical skills and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

Corporate Accountant

In this role, you’ll play an important part in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting while supporting key accounting and compliance initiatives across the organization. What You’ll Do

• Lead and coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes

• Partner cross-functionally to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency
