Job summary

Lakeside Foods (Riverside Foods, a Lakeside Foods company) seeks a Director of Corporate Accounts to lead go-to-market strategy for corporate accounts in the U.S. Reporting to the VP of Foodservice Sales, this role drives growth, revenue, profitability and executive-level relationships across key accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Technology, or related field required.
• MBA strongly preferred or equivalent executive education.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in foodservice sales, national accounts, or corporate account management.
• Demonstrated success leading strategic customer relationships and delivering revenue growth.
• Experience within the appetizer category preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the corporate account strategy across business units to support company growth objectives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning, forecasting, and innovation initiatives.
• Drive revenue growth and profitability across assigned corporate accounts.
• Champion a value-added selling approach across product categories and customer segments.
• Lead contract negotiations and manage strategic partnerships with key customers.
• Foster and develop relationships within corporate dining, healthcare, colleges & universities, and other foodservice channels.
• Oversee corporate account performance and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
• Oversee and approve pricing, trade spend, and contract terms for corporate accounts.
• Manage corporate RFPs and bids with strategic oversight.
• Drive compliance and performance across corporate programs and initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop customer-focused business solutions.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality Assurance, Accounting, Marketing, and other departments to support customer needs and business objectives.
• Represent Lakeside Foods and Riverside Foods at industry events, trade shows, and executive forums.
• Serve as a key member of the Foodservice Sales leadership team.

Lakeside Foods is seeking aDirector, Corporate Accounts to lead the development and execution of the go-to-market strategy for Lakeside Foods and Riverside Foods at the corporate account level. Reporting to the Vice President of Foodservice Sales, this role is responsible for driving strategic growth, revenue, profitability, and executive-level customer relationships across key corporate accounts while partnering cross-functionally to achieve business objectives.

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Bring
