Job summary
econsulting is seeking an experienced Cornerstone OnDemand Galaxy consultant to lead implementations for international clients. You will configure modules, run workshops, translate business processes into system solutions, and deliver training to users.
In this role you will collaborate with clients, document requirements, and support UAT and ongoing incidents while advising on HR/HCM best practices. A background in IT and strong communication in English are essential.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Cornerstone OnDemand Galaxy modules (Learn, Performance & Succession, Compensation, Recruiting, Learning Experience).
- Experience facilitating client meetings and workshops.
- Proficient in business analysis: requirements gathering and process modeling.
- English proficiency at C1 level for international work.
Responsibilities
- Lead implementations of CSOD Galaxy modules for international clients.
- Analyze client processes and translate into system solutions.
- Conduct workshops, presentations, and demos throughout projects.
- Advise on HR/HCM best practices and optimal processes.
- Configure systems, test changes, and support during UAT.
- Collaborate closely with development teams and other consultants.
- Provide ongoing client support for incidents related to CSOD Galaxy.
- Deliver product training sessions and configuration walkthroughs.
