Job summary

Northside Hospital in Atlanta, GA is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible, fellowship-trained ophthalmologist specializing in Cornea, Complex Cataract, and Anterior Segment Surgery to join our established ophthalmology team.

The ideal candidate will perform high-volume cornea and anterior segment surgeries, collaborate with optometrists and surgical staff, and contribute to a comprehensive outpatient and OR program within a physician-led system.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Ophthalmology.
• Fellowship in Cornea, Complex Cataract Surgery and Anterior Segment Surgery.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume cornea, cataract and anterior segment surgeries with focus on outcomes and patient satisfaction.
• Evaluate and manage a wide spectrum of cornea, cataract and anterior segment conditions.
• Collaborate with optometrists, ophthalmic technicians, and surgical support staff.
