Job summary

Northside Hospital in Atlanta, GA seeks board-certified/board-eligible ophthalmologist with fellowship in Cornea to join a collaborative, physician-led ophthalmology team. The role focuses on cornea, complex cataract, and anterior segment surgery in a state-of-the-art outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Ophthalmology.
• Fellowship in Cornea required.
• Experience in complex cataract and anterior segment surgery.
• 3–5 years post-residency experience preferred, but not required.
• Georgia medical license or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume cornea, cataract and anterior segment surgeries.
• Evaluate and manage cornea, cataract and anterior segment conditions.
• Collaborate with optometrists, ophthalmic technicians, and surgical support staff.
• Utilize dedicated ophthalmology OR space with latest technologies.
