This is a full time, hourly position.
Pay Rate: $20.93/hr - $28.88/hr
Shift(s) Available: This position follows a rotating shift schedule based on departmental seniority. Employees may be assigned to 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or Swing Shift, depending on business needs and seniority. The typical rotation pattern consists of: 6 days on, 4 days off, 7 days on, 2 days off, 7 days on, 2 days off, then repeat. Shifts may vary in length and start times and can include a mix of 8-hour and 12-hour shifts. Weekend, holiday, and overtime work will be required.
The Rail Loadout Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently loading and unloading railcars and trucks with bulk products. This position plays a key role in ensuring product integrity, accurate documentation, and adherence to all safety and quality standards. The work involves physical labor, operating heavy equipment, and performing tasks at heights and in all weather conditions. Operators must follow strict safety and environmental procedures, including Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO), confined space, and fall protection practices. Pay rate will start at our entry rate of $20.51/hour for training, then will quickly qualify to the higher Corn Rail Loader rate upon successful completion of qualifications and training.
ADM requires the successful completion of a background check.
Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
