Formación

• Experience in agricultural, farm, greenhouse, or crop production preferred; willing to train the right candidate.
• Able to perform physical work for extended periods outdoors.
• Able to lift and carry materials and equipment as required.
• Comfortable outdoors in hot, humid, dusty conditions; greenhouse work.
• Good hand coordination and attention to detail.
• Follow safety procedures and established agricultural practices.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Willing to work flexible hours based on crop conditions.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with greenhouse and field preparation, maintenance, planting, and crop care
• Perform controlled hand pollination of corn plants in field and greenhouse environments
• Record pollination crosses, plant information, dates, and other required data
• Carefully handle pollen, bags, labels, and other pollination materials
• Follow procedures to prevent unwanted cross-pollination or contamination
• Assist with other agricultural duties as assigned throughout the growing season
