About The Role

Act as the communication hub for operations, answering calls, managing chat, monitoring HotSOS, booking reservations, and assisting with guest interactions to ensure maximum satisfaction in accordance with Four Seasons policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit reservations for accuracy, including deposits and codes.
• Support reservations team and group coordinators with overflow work.
• Lead guest recognition and pre-arrival reviews.
• Assist with reporting and meetings related to reservations and yield.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
• Utilize hotel systems (Opera, OpenTable, etc.) effectively.
• Coordinate pre-arrival communication and assist in emergencies.
• Manage wake-up calls and messages promptly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of reservations experience.
• Strong computer and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of front/back of house operations.
