Job summary

Daimler Truck North America (DTNA) is hiring for a material handler in Tooele, UT. You will move, inspect, and deliver materials, perform cycle counts, and maintain accurate records to support daily production targets.

Qualifications include a high school diploma/GED and 1–2 years of relevant experience. Forklift and fall-protection certifications may be required. OT and weekend work are possible as part of this role.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Experience: 1–2 years preferred.
• Must be able to obtain forklift and fall-protection certifications.
• Strong math, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Move, sort, inspect, and deliver materials.
• Conduct cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy.
• Inspect and document Detroit Diesel core components.
• Package and prepare materials for shipment to distribution centers.
• Complete daily paperwork and update production boards.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow safety protocols.
• Be flexible to move to various work areas as production demands.
• Work overtime including weekends as required.
