Job Description

Responsible for assisting the project director in implementation, execution, and completion of grant goals, outcomes and activities.

Work Role Responsibilities
  • Collects and analyzes program enrollment data.
  • Works with subwardees to ensure reporting, invoicing, and adherence to grant agreements.
  • Disseminates surveys to program participants, employers, and community partners to collect input and evaluate program services.
  • Establishes and maintains positive professional relationships to increase program awareness and enhance training and job placement opportunities.
  • Participates in community meetings/events to increase program visibility, community awareness of services, enrollment, and partners.
  • Schedules and organizes meetings/events and maintains agenda.
  • Maintains updated records.
  • Submits accurate and prompt data reports to program director and grant principal investigator.
  • Assists program director in implementation, execution, and completion of grant goals, outcomes, and activities.
  • Ensures absolute confidentiality with timely response to information records concerning job seekers.
  • Provides operational supervision of CORE employment specialists across the 16‑county region including employees’ attendance, timesheet, travel, supplies, onboarding and training, and management of employees in coordination with the program director.
  • Provides quality assurance and data analysis using the program’s data management system.
  • Compiles and reports program data to support program funding, research, and to improve program practices.
  • Performs other duties as assigned or requested.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as demonstrated skills in public speaking, leadership, and group facilitation.
  • Demonstrated understanding of professional boundaries and confidentiality when working with individuals and the professional staff in partner agencies.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to travel regionally and statewide as required.
