Capital Group is seeking a Core Operations Business Optimization & Solutions (BOS) Analyst in Charlotte, NC. You will turn complex operational challenges into practical, sustainable solutions by partnering with associates and leaders across Core Operations.

You will analyze processes, document requirements, and design data-informed solutions that improve capacity, risk management, and the associate experience.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with data enablement, visualization, analytics and workflow automation.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python, APIs and Copilot-related tools.
• Ability to learn business practices, systems, data, controls and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead improvement initiatives and analyze data to identify solution options.
• Develop and maintain governance-aware, scalable solutions across Core Operations.
• Coordinate with technology partners for enterprise engineering support.
• Troubleshoot production issues and promote repeatable patterns across teams.
