Job summary

Capital Group is seeking a Core Operations BOS Analyst in Irvine to turn complex operational challenges into practical, scalable solutions. You will partner with associates and leaders to analyze processes, document requirements, and design solutions that improve capacity, risk management, and the associate experience.

You will lead initiatives, leverage Power Platform and Microsoft 365 to build governance-driven solutions, and collaborate with technology partners to enable reliable data access

Qualifications

• Experience turning complex business problems into clear requirements and solutions.
• Ability to design, build, test, and maintain Microsoft 365 powered solutions.
• Familiarity with data quality, dependencies, and integrations for reliable access.

Responsibilities
