Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in clinical laboratory science or related field required.
• ASCP MLS certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years supervisory and 2 years directorship experience in high-volume labs.
• Experience with automation systems, middleware, and LIS platforms preferred.
• Knowledge of budgeting, regulatory compliance, and QA programs preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma or quality management training preferred.
• Master’s degree in healthcare admin or lab management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, operational, financial, and strategic leadership for the centralized core laboratory.
• Oversee high-volume automated testing platforms and laboratory workflow optimization.
• Collaborate with Laboratory Medical Director, Supervisors, and leadership to meet standards.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and continuous improvement across disciplines.
