Weekend and shift coverage as needed, with a focus on bench proficiency and continuous improvement within a day-shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Requires Florida supervisor license and medical technologist license.
• Five years of laboratory experience minimum.
• Bachelor's degree in a related science with an approved internship.

Responsibilities

• Supervise personnel and report tests daily.
• Monitor workflow and quality control/compliance.
• Orient and train staff; conduct performance coaching.
• Schedule staff to meet workload while controlling costs.
• Maintain policies, procedures, and regulatory adherence.
