Responsibilities

• Serve as Lead Tech for the appropriate lab section.
• Have primary responsibility for instrument operation and maintenance.
• Handle specimen processing, pre-analytic inspection.
• Perform laboratory tests on patient specimens.
• Evaluate new and/or modified procedures as directed.
• Troubleshoot all instruments as directed.
• Communicate laboratory test knowledge and results professionally.
