The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, follow procedures, and maintain safety. Overtime and weekend shifts may be required, with full benefits offered by the company.

Qualifications

• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment and follow standardized work procedures.
• Able to operate/monitor equipment to ensure quality production.
• Able to read and follow manuals and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow safety rules.
• Dependable with excellent attendance.
• Maintain a positive attitude and collaborate with team.
• Willing to work overtime, including weekends when needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up, start, and operate Core and Jacket machinery according to procedures.
• Monitor production equipment for safe and efficient operation.
• Visually/ physically inspect core and jacket for conformance to standards.
• Package finished materials in bundles, bags, boxes or pallets.
• Document work and production information on required tickets.
• Participate in training and continuous improvement activities.
• Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness of the work area.
• Report issues to supervisor for disposition.
