Job summary

ATCO Rubber Products, Inc. in Baltimore, MD is hiring an Assembler to produce jacket or core to set standards of efficiency and quality. You will set up and operate Core and Jacket machinery, monitor equipment, and inspect output to ensure it meets specifications.

The role includes responsibilities such as packaging finished materials, documenting production information, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. Overtime availability is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment and follow safe work practices.
• Must be able to operate/monitor equipment to ensure quality production.
• Read and follow manuals and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
• Must be dependable with excellent attendance.
• Willing and able to work overtime as needed, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Set up, start, and operate Core and Jacket machinery per procedures.
• Monitor production equipment for safe, efficient operation.
• Inspect core/jacket output for conformance to standards.
• Package finished materials for shipment or storage.
• Document production information on bags or tickets.
• Maintain housekeeping and clean work area.
• Participate in training and continuous improvement.
• Follow safety rules and company policies.
• Handle issues with supervisor guidance.
