Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the United States seeks a Product Manager for Core Employee Data and Documents to own the end-to-end lifecycle—from strategy and discovery through delivery and continuous improvement—across global employee workflows.

You will partner with engineering, operations, compliance, and business stakeholders to translate needs into scalable features, coach a product team, and drive data quality, security, and measurable outcomes with a focus on adoption and reliability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain area.
• People leadership experience with coaching and talent development.
• Experience leading product lifecycle activities across discovery to value management.
• Excellent communication and influence across cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills with focus on data accuracy, security, and operational excellence.
• Experience in a highly matrixed, global organization using agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product vision and strategy aligned to business goals and compliance requirements.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to continuous improvement.
• Lead and maintain a prioritized product backlog balancing value, UX, risk, reliability, and timelines.
• Drive stakeholder engagement to translate needs into scalable features and roadmap.
• Partner with engineering, operations, compliance, and business stakeholders to deliver outcomes across regions.
• Champion process simplification and automation to reduce manual effort and risk.
• Ensure strong data quality, security, and controls with clear ownership.
• Define, track, and report product success metrics and provide leadership with updates and roadmaps.
• Lead cross-functional teams in a complex, agile environment and foster continuous growth.
