Job summary

HSM is seeking a Quality Inspector to join our Tulsa, OK team. You will inspect materials, parts, and finished products, verify dimensions with measuring tools, and document results to maintain quality records.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to read a tape measure, and effective communication to report issues. Training is provided, and safety procedures are always followed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred, but not required—training provided.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written or verbal instructions.
• Ability to read and use a tape measure and other inspection tools.
• Basic math skills for measurements and recordkeeping.
• Effective communication skills for reporting quality issues.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials, in-process parts, and finished products for defects or deviations from specifications.
• Use measuring tools to verify dimensions and quality.
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate quality issues or non-conformance to supervisors or appropriate departments.
• Assist with identifying recurring quality concerns and improvement opportunities.
• Follow all safety and quality procedures at all times.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

What You Will Do:
