SeatGeek Core Engineering leads the infrastructure powering SeatGeek.com, transforming a strong technical foundation into a resilient, user-focused product. As a manager, you will guide one or more teams, shape roadmaps, enhance developer experience, and drive delivery across the company.
You will own the transversal core engineering domain, maintain high operational excellence, and provide ongoing feedback, career development, and collaboration with product and design partners to ensure buy-in
Formación
- Experience leading one or more engineering teams of senior engineers.
- Ability to shape and drive complex, user-focused roadmaps.
- Strong code and architecture review skills with design feedback.
- Experience recruiting and developing engineering talent across levels.
