Quantexa’s North American GTM leadership seeks a disciplined sales leader to build and run the Core Banking sales engine in the US. You will mentor 4–6 Directors, co-sell with reps, and drive multi‑million, complex platform deals.

You’ll move customers from point solutions to our Contextual Decision Intelligence platform, partnering with Solutions Engineering and Alliances to accelerate growth within large US banks.

Qualifikationen

• Proven leadership of enterprise software sales teams in North America.
• Process-driven seller using MEDDPICC, Sandler, or similar.
• Track record closing 7-figure enterprise software/platform transactions in financial services.

• Define and execute the North American Core Banking GTM strategy.
• Lead from the front as a player-coach and co-sell with reps.
• Deliver 7-figure platform revenue and build a robust sales pipeline.
• Educate executives on the business value of a unified Decision Intelligence platform.
• Partner with SE, Alliances, and Industry experts to align with banking pain points.
