Core Aquatics: Learn 2 Swim - Swim Lesson Instructor

Part‑Time, Year Round

Salary: $15.00 per hour

Locations: Prospect High School

General Responsibilities

• Teach water adjustment, float, and breathing skills
• Help young swimmers build water confidence
• Teach basic water safety and the dos/don’t of recreational swimming.
• Teach both recreation and pre‑competitive swimming skills.
• Teach basics of freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly
• rain swimmers to compete at age appropriate levels.
• Presents professional appearance and attitude at all times, and maintains a high standard of customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong swimming background required.
• Ability to follow routine verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to address complaints and resolve concerns as needed.
• Ability to teach required skills.
• Demonstrate promptness and advanced preparation.
• First Aid/CPR certification preferred.
