Job summary

RealManage is seeking an experienced HOA Property Manager to cover onsite assignments in the Coral Springs area as needed. The role requires a Florida CAM license, at least two years of onsite HOA management, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities include budgeting, policy development, and coordinating with boards to ensure high-quality service, asset protection, and member satisfaction while supporting a winning culture and professional team.

Qualifications

• Florida CAM license required.
• Minimum of two years as an Onsite (HOA) property manager.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• CMCA or state-equivalent Certifications desired.
• Associates degree or higher.
• Customer service oriented; CAMs serve their client daily.
• Listening skills and proactive communication.
• Budgeting, operations and scheduling experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist covering onsite at different associations in the Coral Springs area as needed.
• Ensure compliance with Board policies and procedures.
• Plan and approve operational policies, procedures, methods and regulations.
• Direct the work of all department managers.
• Prepare monthly financial reports for the Board.
• Coordinate development of long-range and annual business plans aligned with by-laws.
• Oversee policy impact and adapt programs for improvements.
• Maintain dialogue with members to gather input on direction and improvements.
