Corky Pest Control in Southern California is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our pest control team and oversee daily operations. You will supervise staff, manage customer satisfaction, and drive efficiency while upholding our quality standards.

Travel to client sites and field inspections may be required. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and compliance with state licensing requirements, with opportunities to implement innovative techniques and optimize scheduling,

Qualifications:

• Multilingual abilities are a plus
• Knowledge of retail math, sales, and inventory management
• Experience with payroll and budgeting
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• 2-5 Years of Pest Control Experience - Preferred
• State mandate license from the Pest Control Board Required

Work Environment:

As an Operations Manager, you’ll work in diverse settings—offices, homes, schools, and more. Expect to:

• Work outdoors in any weather
• Travel for evaluations and staffing
• Assist technicians with pest issues
• Use safety equipment and operate company vehicles

Education & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
• 3-5 years in a management role focused on customer service
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to obtain necessary licenses within 90 days
