Pro Active Pest Control is seeking a full-time Pest Control Technician to join our field team in California. You will manage service routes, troubleshoot pest problems, and perform inspections and treatments for homes and businesses while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

The role emphasizes on-time operations, safety, and ongoing training.

As a pest control technician, you will use your expertise and training to provide real - time solutions to our customers. You will manage a route and be in the field providing great 5-Star service to all of our customers!

Job Description

• Manage established service route and new customers
• Troubleshoot pest problems
• Exercise daily time management

QUALIFICATIONS

• Have excellent customer service and communication skills
• Be self-motivated
• Have motivation to help the company grow and succeed
• Be willing to go above and beyond
• Must care about customers
• Must have a great DMV record and valid driver’s license
• Must be willing to routinely lift, push, and pull equipment, ascend and descend from ladders, and occasionally work at height
• Have an Applicator or Branch II Field Representative with CA State Pest Control Board
• Be able to time manage and at time multi task
