What You’ll Be Doing:

• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, creating content and sales emails that meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Create copy for upsell funnel pages, ads, landing pages, and other projects.
• Produce marketing and educational collateral, including websites and print materials.
• Collaborate to create compelling ad copy.
• Edit and proofread colleagues’ writing.
• Lead new product launches to meet or surpass sales goals.
• Write scripts for scalable ad creatives, especially on Facebook and YouTube.

Qualifications (We encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all):

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Journalism, English, Creative Writing, Screenwriting, Marketing, or Communication.
• 2-3+ years of high-output creative writing experience.
• Experience in sales or direct response copywriting.
• Strong research skills using primary sources.
• Ability to write over 1,000 words daily in a fast-paced environment.
• Open to constructive feedback.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Eagerness to learn about consumer psychology and high-performing copy techniques.

The salary range is $70,000-$73,000, plus KPI bonuses.

This range reflects California labor analysis and may vary by location. Click here for pay differentials in your state if remote.

Salary depends on experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
