Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a copywriter to craft clear, strategic email and campaign copy for federal clients. You will work independently on deliverables and collaborate with strategists, designers and tech teams to ensure brand-aligned assets.

Experience in email campaigns, ability to present to clients, and a strong writing sample are required. Proficiency with Figma and ongoing AI-assisted drafting will be valued as we evolve voice and tone across channels.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years experience in copywriting for email (preferred) or social campaigns.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and own copywriting deliverables.
• Experience working in Figma.
• Some experience presenting to clients preferred but not required.
• Must provide a writing sample.

Responsibilities

• Craft clear, compelling and strategic copy that resonates with target audiences.
• Brings proactive innovation and creativity to email and scripted phone channels.
• Ensures alignment with campaign brief and client direction in partnership with strategists, visual designer and tech team.
• Develop guided scripts and training materials for call center agents with guidance from strategy and change management teams.
• Work with strategists to develop creative tests for email copy and agent scripts, integrating lessons learned in future campaigns.
• Incorporate feedback from client and legal reviews to ensure final approved assets.
• Maintain and evolve voice and tone according to brand guide.
• Conduct creative QA to ensure that creative assets meet objectives and brand standards.
• Integrate AI into the drafting and proofing process to improve efficiency and accuracy.
