Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional copywriting experience.
• Proven experience supporting Federal Government agencies or government contracting environments.
• Strong portfolio showing digital advertising campaigns and social media content.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Experience translating complex information into clear messaging.

Responsibilities

• Develop copy for digital advertising campaigns across paid social, display, search, video, and programmatic channels.
• Write campaign messaging to drive awareness, engagement, recruitment, education, and behavioral change.
• Create headlines, calls-to-action, ad copy variations, and campaign concepts.
• Create engaging organic content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, and YouTube.
