Job summary

Opensity is seeking a customer-focused Office Services professional for our busy production center in San Francisco. The role requires copy production, finishing, and on-site support in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in copy production or strong computer/tech skills, with willingness to adjust shifts from 7am-4pm and occasionally 10am-7pm. Competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Creative Suite applications.
• Minimum of 1 year professional level work experience in a copy production environment.
• Previous experience in a client service oriented field preferred.
• Willingness and ability to learn new skills.
• Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater.
• Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.
• Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time.

Responsibilities

• Copy Services: Provide accurate copy, print and scan projects per instructions.
• Operate printers and finishing devices, ensuring color accuracy and quality.
• Prepare files for digital printing using Mac-based layout software including Adobe Creative Suite.
• Under supervision, operate production and finishing devices and monitor quality.
• Maintain inventory, perform routine maintenance, and coordinate with off-site vendors when needed.
