Turner & Townsend is seeking a Lead Senior Project Manager to provide consulting services for an aerospace industrial and logistics client account. This role is remote and may require up to 10–20% travel to client facilities, supporting projects from initiation through completion.

You will manage scope, budget, schedules, risk, and quality across multi-use facilities, working directly with clients to define requirements and deliver results in line with CBRE RISE values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
• Construction management experience within a multiuse I&L commercial facility is desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). MS Project, Kahua, or similar project management software experience required. Bluebeam experience is beneficial.
• The innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions.
• Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions to have a broad impact on the business.
• Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mentality.
• SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
• On-site presence and requirements may change depending on our client's needs.

Responsabilités

• Define delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or qualification processes; conduct RFPs and bid evaluations.

• Ensure all functions remain on schedule and escalate issues as needed.
• Facilitate regular meetings to review project status for active and pending projects.
• Collaborate to develop solutions and guide project teams through implementation.
• Apply advanced knowledge to develop new, better methods for accomplishing objectives.
• Showcase expertise and coach others across the function.
• Lead by example aligned with CBRE RISE values and drive cross-discipline collaboration.

About the Role

The Lead Senior Project Manager provides consulting services for our aerospace industrial and logistics client account to help achieve the company's strategic business objectives. Construction projects consist of MEP infrastructure and tenant fit-outs for multiuse facilities including manufacturing, warehouse, and R&D.

This job is part of the Project Management function. They are responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion. This is a remote role and may require up to 10%-20% out-of-town travel to client facilities.

What You’ll Do

Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects. This includes planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.

Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project. This includes the scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.

Define the project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process. Conduct complex requests for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.

Facilitate the development of a charter and integrated timeline.

Ensure all functions remain on schedule and issues get resolved or escalated.

Facilitate regular meetings to review project status for active and pending projects.

Collaborate to develop solutions and guide the project team through implementation and completion.

Apply advanced knowledge to seek and develop new, better methods for accomplishing both individual and department objectives.

Showcase expertise in own job discipline and in-depth knowledge of other job disciplines within the organization function.

Coach others to develop in-depth knowledge and expertise in most or all areas within the function.

Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE (Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence) values. Anticipates potential objections and persuades others, often at senior levels and of divergent interest, to adopt a different point of view.
