Quantum Industrial in Austin, TX is hiring senior HVAC/R technicians to diagnose and repair complex commercial and industrial systems across data centers, manufacturing facilities, and other mission-critical environments. You’ll work hands-on on RTUs, boilers, chillers, and refrigeration with a commitment to quality workmanship.

The role requires EPA 608 certification, a clean driver’s license, and the ability to read schematics and manuals.

Qualifications

• EPA 608 Certification required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Strong troubleshooting skills (electrical, refrigeration, airflow, controls).
• Willingness to be part of an on-call rotation.

Responsabilités

• Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial HVAC/R systems.
• Working on a range of equipment (RTUs, split systems, chillers, boilers, refrigeration, etc.).
• Performing preventative maintenance and system inspections.
• Handling installs, startups, and system commissioning.
• Communicating clearly with customers on issues, repairs, and recommendations.
• Documenting work accurately (notes, photos, parts, quotes).
• Participating in an on-call rotation.
• Representing the company professionally on every job.
• Handle complex diagnostics independently.
• Work on large/critical systems in industrial environments.
• Mentor and support less experienced technicians.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

What You'll Bring
