What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial HVAC/R systems.
• Working on a range of equipment (RTUs, split systems, chillers, boilers, refrigeration, etc.).
• Performing preventative maintenance and system inspections.
• Handling installs, startups, and system commissioning.
• Communicating clearly with customers on issues, repairs, and recommendations.
• Documenting work accurately (notes, photos, parts, quotes).
• Participating in an on‑call rotation.
• Representing the company professionally on every job.

Senior‑level Techs Will Also

• Handle complex diagnostics independently.
• Work on large/critical systems in industrial environments.
• Mentor and support less experienced technicians.

What You Bring

• EPA 608 Certification (required).
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Strong troubleshooting skills (electrical, refrigeration, airflow, controls).
• Comfort working independently in the field.
• Willingness to be part of an on‑call rotation.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.

Senior‑Level Candidates

• 5+ years commercial/industrial HVAC/R experience.
• Strong experience with complex systems (chillers, boilers, low‑temp refrigeration, etc.).
• Proven ability to diagnose and solve problems without trial‑and‑error.
