Qualifications

• Physical stamina to walk long distances, lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions.
• Attention to detail to notice missed grass and maintain quality.
• Reliability and punctuality—dependable attendance for scheduled shifts.
• Experience with commercial landscaping equipment preferred; willingness to train strong candidates.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transport to shop or job sites.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial lawn mowers (zero-turn, stand-on, push) to maintain lawns at proper heights.
• Perform lawn care tasks including trimming, weed control, and turf maintenance.
• Assist with planting, mulching, sod installation, and general landscape improvements.
• Safely drive and operate mowing equipment between work areas as needed.
• Trim and edge around obstacles to provide a clean finished look.
• Cleanup grass clippings, leaves, and debris from sidewalks and driveways.
• Perform daily checks and basic maintenance on mowing equipment and report repairs.
• Follow safety procedures to ensure a safe work environment.

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Ground Maintenance Driver to join our team. If you enjoy working outdoors, operating equipment, and taking pride in keeping landscapes clean and professionally maintained, we'd love to have you on our crew.

As a key member of our team, you won't just be driving equipment—you'll help maintain the appearance and health of our clients' outdoor spaces through lawn care, mowing, and landscaping services while ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.

• Precision Mowing: Operate commercial lawn mowers such as zero-turn riders, stand-on units, and push mowers to maintain lawns at proper cutting heights.
• Lawn Care Maintenance: Perform routine lawn care tasks including trimming, weed control, and maintaining healthy turf across residential and commercial properties.
• Landscaping Work: Assist with landscaping tasks such as planting, mulching, sod installation, and general landscape improvements.
• Equipment Operation: Safely drive and operate mowing equipment and maintenance vehicles between work areas as needed.
• Trimming & Edging: Perform detailed trimming around obstacles such as trees, fences, flower beds, and walkways, and edge sidewalks and driveways for a clean finish.
• Property Cleanup: Use blowers and other tools to remove grass clippings, leaves, and debris from sidewalks, driveways, and other hard surfaces.
• Equipment Care: Perform daily checks and basic maintenance on mowing equipment, including cleaning decks, checking oil levels, and reporting repairs when needed.
• Safety First: Follow all safety procedures to maintain a safe environment for team members, clients, and the public.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

• Physical Stamina: Ability to walk long distances, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in various weather conditions (heat, light rain, etc.).
• Attention to Detail: A "good enough" attitude won't cut it-we look for those who notice the missed blade of grass.
• Reliability: Our clients depend on a schedule. You need to show up on time and ready to work.
• Experience: Prior experience with commercial landscaping equipment is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic.
• Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable transport to the shop or job sites.
