Job summary

MP Lawn Care LLC is hiring for outdoor maintenance roles in the United States. This position covers commercial lawn mowing, trimming, landscape maintenance, and seasonal snow & ice management.

You'll operate commercial mowers and hand tools, assist with basic excavation tasks, and grow within the company based on performance. We value dependability, punctuality, and a positive attitude, with opportunities for raises and year‑round employment.

Qualifications

• Dependable with excellent attendance.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Experience with commercial landscaping or construction is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Commercial lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing.
• Landscape installation and maintenance.
• Property cleanups.
• Operate commercial zero-turn mowers, stand-on mowers, and handheld equipment.
• Assist with excavation, grading, and other construction-related projects (experience is a plus).
• Snow removal and ice management during the winter season.
