Job summary

Northeast Arc in Beverly, MA is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join Thaxton House's residential team. You will provide direct care to adults with IDD, promoting independence and community involvement in daily life.

Responsibilities include daily living activities, medication administration, and accurate documentation while coordinating with medical appointments. A valid driverbs license and MAP certification are required; CPR/FA certification preferred.

Northeast Arc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our residential team at Thaxton House in Beverly, MA.

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM and Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week

Thaxton House is home to a vibrant group of young adults with Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS) who thrive on structure, community involvement, and meaningful relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building connections, supporting independence, and helping individuals achieve their personal goals.

Compensation: $24.50 - $25.50 per hour
(Based on experience and certifications -CPR/FA/MAP)
