Job summary

The schedule includes 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM and weekend hours; compensation ranges from $24.50 to $25.50 per hour based on experience and certifications (CPR/FA/MAP).

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• MAP Certification required.
• FA/CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, bend, push wheelchairs, and provide physical intervention as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and individualized supports to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• Promote independence, community engagement, and meaningful life experiences
• Assist with daily living activities, personal care, and medication administration
• Support medical appointments and health-related needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure a safe, supportive home environment
