New Radiance Cosmetic Centers in Boca Raton, FL, is seeking an experienced NP/PA injector to join a luxury aesthetic practice partnered with Advanced MedAesthetic Partners (AMP). You will perform non-surgical procedures, discuss outcomes, and develop treatment plans for facial aesthetics.

The role requires board-certified NP/PA with active state license and BLS/ACLS, strong patient care and documentation skills, and the ability to work flexibly up to 30 hours per week including weekends.

Qualifications

• Administer injectable treatments per state regulations and clinical protocols.
• Follow-up with patients, charting, and meticulous documentation.
• Provide high-quality patient care with strong organizational and communication skills.

$55 - $65/hr + commission/bonus

Schedule/Availability:

Responsibilities:

• Perform physical examinations and nonsurgical procedures (including but not limited to injecting neurotoxins, neuromodulator devices, and fillers), discuss expected patient outcomes, prepare treatment plans, and manage patients with facial aesthetic needs
• Some administrative duties such as following up with patients, charting, and meticulous documentation of patient care
• Leveraging strong organization, communication, and customer service skills with a passion for providing high-quality patient care
• Working both as a collaborative team member and independently as a solo provider

Requirements:

Licensure & Certifications:

• Board-certified NP/PA
• Active and in good standing state (that this role is listed in) license
• Active BLS or ACLS certification
• Ability to safely administer injectable treatments in accordance with state regulations and clinical protocols
• Knowledge of infection prevention, aseptic technique, and sharps safety
• Ability to recognize and respond to adverse events and complications associated with aesthetic treatments

• Ability to maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Adherence to HIPAA, OSHA, and company compliance standards
• Commitment to patient safety, informed consent, and ethical clinical practice
