New Radiance Cosmetic Centers, an AMP partner clinic in Boca Raton, seeks an experienced NP/PA injector. You will perform neurotoxin/filler injections, discuss outcomes, and develop personalized treatment plans for facial aesthetics.

Role offers flexible, part-time scheduling (<30 hours/week) with commission/bonus opportunities, competitive hourly pay, and ongoing education within a national AMP network.

Qualifications

• Board-certified NP/PA licensed in good standing.
• Active and in good standing state license.
• Active BLS or ACLS certification.
• Ability to safely administer injectable treatments per state rules.
• Knowledge of infection prevention and sharps safety.
• Ability to recognize and respond to adverse events.

Responsabilités

• Perform physical examinations and nonsurgical procedures, discuss outcomes, and plan treatments.
• Handle administrative duties: follow-up, charting, and documentation.
• Provide high-quality patient care with strong organization and customer service.
• Collaborate with team or work independently as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Perform physical examinations and nonsurgical procedures (including but not limited to injecting neurotoxins, neuromodulator devices, and fillers), discuss expected patient outcomes, prepare treatment plans, and manage patients with facial aesthetic needs
• Some administrative duties such as following up with patients, charting, and meticulous documentation of patient care
• Leveraging strong organization, communication, and customer service skills with a passion for providing high-quality patient care
• Working both as a collaborative team member and independently as a solo provider

Requirements:

Licensure & Certifications:

• Board-certified NP/PA
• Active and in good standing state (that this role is listed in) license
• Active BLS or ACLS certification
• Ability to safely administer injectable treatments in accordance with state regulations and clinical protocols
• Knowledge of infection prevention, aseptic technique, and sharps safety
• Ability to recognize and respond to adverse events and complications associated with aesthetic treatments

Compliance & Documentation

• Ability to maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Adherence to HIPAA, OSHA, and company compliance standards
• Commitment to patient safety, informed consent, and ethical clinical practice

Physical Requirements :

• Ability to perform repetitive fine motor movements with hands and fingers
• Ability to safely handle needles, sharps, and medical supplies
• Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and lift standard medical aesthetic equipment and inventory

• Occasional travel for training and professional development
