Job Brief

Intermediano Inc. is looking for experienced Copper Splicing Technicians on behalf of a client to support electrical and infrastructure operations across multiple sites in Michigan (MI) & Indiana (IN). Candidates must be locally based or have valid authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform copper cable splicing, bonding, and terminations
• Execute network maintenance, repairs, and infrastructure upgrades
• Troubleshoot signal loss, connectivity issues, and line faults
• Work on outside plant (OSP) and field environments
• Read and interpret cable maps, schematics, and pair assignments
• Perform cutovers, testing, and validation of copper lines
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Qualifications

• SSN and Valid work visa
• Proven experience in copper splicing within telecom networks
• Experienced with troubleshooting copper networks (voice/data)
• Strong knowledge of OSP (Outside Plant) environments
• Clean background (Background check to be conducted)
• Hands-on field experience with telecom infrastructure
