Job summary

Capstone Copper Pinto Valley seeks a Laboratory Technician to support sampling, analysis and data recording in a safe, compliant mining environment. You will prepare, weigh and analyze samples, maintain lab equipment, ensure accuracy, and support production goals with timely results.

The role requires at least two years of mine or laboratory experience and solid math and software skills, including SAP familiarity.

Qualifications

• Two years of mine or commercial laboratory experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic SAP usage.
• Strong numerical and data-recording skills.
• Able to work in a safety-focused, collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, weigh and analyze samples and record results accurately.
• Safely handle lab chemicals and reagents.
• Maintain lab equipment and calibration
• Support lab deadlines with timely data delivery.
• Comply with Pinto Valley Mine safety procedures and MSHA guidelines.
