Job summary

Lynn Electronics, part of the Network Infrastructure unit of NSI Industries, has been an industry leader for over 55 years at its North Wales, PA division headquarters. We are actively recruiting a Copper Assembler Associate to assemble copper cables to specifications and quality requirements, working first shift Monday to Friday 7:00am–3:30pm.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years related assembling experience.
• Experience in electro-mechanical product/ cable assemblies.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and drawings in English.

• Prepare, assemble, and test copper cable including stripping, and terminating wires for standard and specialty products using hand tools and other equipment.
• Solder interconnections per IPC-620 standard as required.
• Conduct work in compliance with OSHA and company safety procedures.
• Ability to read and understand customer’s technical drawings.
• Read, interpret, and follow detailed written work orders.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Lynn Electronics is actively recruiting an energetic, high-potential Copper Assembler Associate to join our growing team. We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented individual with the ability to work well independently and as part of a collaborative team. As an assembler Associate, you will be responsible for assemblies to specifications and quality requirements to prepare cables. This is a full time, first shiftposition. The hours are Monday-Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm.

Responsibilities of the Assembler Associate Include:

• Prepare, assemble, and test copper cable including stripping, and terminating wires for standard and specialty products using a range of hand tools and other equipment.
• Solder interconnections per IPC-620 standard as required.
• Conduct work in compliance with OSHA and company safety procedures.
• Ability to read and understand customer's technical drawings.
• Read, interpret, and follow detailed written work orders.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Desired Experience:

• 1-3+ years related assembling experience in fiber cable assembly preferred but willing to train
• Hands on experience in assembly of electro -mechanical products, preferably connector or cable assemblies

Candidates must be able to read and interpret work instructions in English, possess effective communication skills, and a professional demeanor. You should be punctual and reliable as this is a very important support position.
