Job summary

Under supervision, you will monitor runs, report equipment issues, read blueprints and SOPs, and keep accurate production records. This entry‑level role offers hands‑on training and a path to developing manufacturing skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-1 year manufacturing experience preferred but training will be provided.
• Basic ability to read blueprints, diagrams and operating instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work under close supervision and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, set up, and operate production machinery and tools according to specifications.
• Monitor equipment and adjust settings to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Conduct basic quality checks and report non-conformances to supervision.
• Maintain accurate production records including quantities and downtime.
• Follow safety protocols and use PPE properly.
• Assist in routine equipment maintenance and cleaning as needed.
• Collaborate with team to meet production targets and improve processes.
